Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, here is how we handle it.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Conditions

  • Item must be in its original condition -- unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible
  • Wearable electronics (including the R01 Smart Ring) must be returned in sealed or like-new condition

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at ojohnston@strathiongroup.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you -- no return shipping required.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
