Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at 17track.net or visit our Track Order page.

Tracking information can take 3 to 5 days to update after shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says delivered but your package has not arrived, please wait 2 business days. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before the final handoff. If it still has not arrived, email us at ojohnston@strathiongroup.com and we will help.
