1. Overview

The website ojessentials.store (the "Site") and the OJ Essentials online store are operated by OJ Holdings LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("OJ Essentials", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Refund & Reship Guarantee, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Site.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and finishes may look different depending on your screen. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change at any time without notice. Features that track sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, or activity are for general information only, and are not medical advice or a substitute for professional care.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information, and you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for your order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. If we cannot ship your order within the estimated processing time, we will email you with a new estimate, and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

7. Refund & Reship Guarantee

Orders that arrive damaged or defective, or that do not arrive, are covered by our Refund & Reship Guarantee, which describes how and when to make a claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to OJ Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to upload malicious code, or to collect information about other users.

10. Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on services provided by third parties, such as payment processors and carriers. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OJ Holdings LLC and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remains in effect.
