We ship to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in an estimated 2 to 4 business days. Delivery takes an estimated 8 to 15 business days after your order ships.

Refund/reship guarantee
What does the guarantee cover?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive, we will refund or reship the affected items.
How long do I have to make a claim?
For a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If an order never arrives, contact us within 30 days after its latest estimated delivery date, which is 19 business days after you place your order.
How do I make a claim?
Email ojessentialsshop@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo of a damaged or defective item helps us resolve it.
The R01 smart ring
How do I find my size?
The R01 comes in US sizes 7 to 13. The ring size guide lists the inner diameter and circumference of each size and explains how to measure.
Which phones does it work with?
The R01 pairs over Bluetooth 5.3 with the JRing app on iOS 10 or later and Android 5 or later.
How is it charged, and how long does the battery last?
It charges in the magnetic charging case included in the box. The battery lasts 4 to 6 days in typical use.
Can I wear it in water?
The R01 is water resistant to 5ATM, safe for swimming, handwashing, and daily wear.
